Bundle the TSL API index and markdown references under the skill, route TSL docs to use it, and update the codegen index generator to maintain the bundled data.

+
+### `fundGetAttributeValues(fundid, endt, attributetype)`
+
+基金指定日期有效的的基金属性值数据。
+
+| 参数            | 类型     | 说明             |

+| `fundid`        | string   | 字符串。基金代码 |
+| `endt`          | datetime | 日期。截止日期   |

+### `fundMasterCode()`
+
+基金主代码，与系统参数（证券代码代码）相关。有主代码则取主代码，否则返回基金代码。
