🔧 chore(conan): rename profiles without version
- Rename `linux-x86_64-clang-20` to `linux-x86_64-clang`.
- Rename `windows-x86_64-clang-20-cross` to `windows-x86_64-clang-cross`.
- Remove unused `windows-x86_64-clang-17-cross` profile.
