## `isValidDateDay(a_year)`
|
||
|
||
判断参数指定的年以及此年的第ADayOfYear天是否是有效日期。返回值类型是布尔型真假值 所谓有效，意味着： 年Ayear介于1和9999之间 ADayOfYear介于1和指定Ayear年的最大天数
|
||
|
||

| `a_year` | int | 整数，年，指定的年份；ADayOfYearASecond:整数，表示在Ayear年份的第几天 |

## `recodeSecond(a_value)`

将参数ASecond指定的秒数（0至59）替换掉参数AValue中的相应的秒数信息，得到的日期时间类型返回
|
