Review findings

Return findings first, ordered by severity:

• Impact.
• Suggested fix.

Then include open questions and a brief summary.

Skill authoring report

Return:

1. Skill purpose and trigger.
2. Structure chosen.
3. References or scripts added.
4. Validation result.
5. Known limitations.

Deterministic artifacts

When the user expects a file, deck, spreadsheet, script, or release, produce the artifact and report where it is. Do not replace the artifact with advice.
