wiki/concepts/<concept>.md for durable concepts.
wiki/sources/<source>.md for important source writeups.
wiki/questions/<question>.md for open questions.
derived/ for briefs, outlines, and temporary synthesis.

Style Rules

Lead with the useful takeaway.
Use clear section headings.
Link related wiki pages.
Keep pages source-grounded and skimmable.
Avoid filler summaries that do not add navigation, synthesis, or decision value.

Maintenance Rules

Update wiki/index.md after adding important pages.
Update sources.md after adding sources.
Update logs/maintenance-log.md after meaningful structure or content changes.
